    Start list for the first round of the Beskidy Cup in Wisła-Malinka

    The second event of Beskidy Cup will take place at Saturday (19th of August) at Adam Małysz’s Ski Jumping Hill in Wisła-Malinka. Radek Židek decided that he won’t change anything in Polish team for the Saturday’s competition in Wisła so that we will see 11 Polish athletes in the first round – then same who jumped in Szczyrk at Friday.

    Polish podium in the first event of Beskidy Cup in Szczyrk!

    Beskidy Cup comes back to the schedule of Summer Continental Cup. The events take place in Poland and Czech Republic. Polish ski jumpers dominated in the inauguration event. Aleksander Zniszczoł stood at the first step of the podium; he jumped 99 metres in the first round and 100.5 metres in the final round. He was only 0.5 point better than another Polish athlete, Klemens Murańka, who jumped 97.5 metres and 101 metres. At the third step of the podium stood Miran Zupancic from Slovenia (95.5 metres and 101.5 metres).

    Results of official training in Szczyrk

    Official training before Beskidy Cup event in Szczyrk has just ended. Blaz Pavlic from Slovenia was the first. Just behind him were Polish athlete Klemens Murańka and Martti Nomme from Estonia.

    75 ski jumpers will participate in Beskidy Cup in Szczyrk

    At Friday, 18th of August, first competition of Beskidy Cup will take place in Szczyrk at HS-106 Ski Jumping Hill. After the 30-years-old break Beskidy Cup returns to the schedule of summer events. 75 athletes from 18 different countries will jump at Friday’s competition, among them 11 ski jumpers will be from Poland.

    Program of Beskidy Cup is already known!

    Three different ski jumping hills and three days of contests in Szczyrk, Wisła and Frenstat - this is the program of this year's Continental Cup taking place in Poland nad Czech Republic under the name of Beskidy Cup.After the 30-years-old break Beskidy Cup returns to the schedule of summer events. In the past, Beskidy Cup was organised 31 times (1958-1989) as one of the FIS Cup competition.

    Polish ski jumpers dominated the competition in Wisła!

    It was the second evening in Wisła-Malinka where Polish ski jumping stars shined the brightest. After winning in the team competition, the Poles dominated also the individual one where two first steps of the were occupied by Polish ski jumpers. Dawid Kubacki won Saturday’s event with 3,4 points in advance. Maciej Kot was the second. Karl Geiger stood at the third step of the podium and he lost 5.1 points to Dawid.
