The programme of FIS World Cup Wisła 2018 is announced

The winter season is approching. In about two months the best ski jumpers in the world will come to Wisła. For the second time in history they will inaugurate the World Cup season at Adam Małysz Hill. The programme of the competition has been announced.

 

Traditionally, the competition will last three days. On Friday, the 16th of November, at 6pm, the qualification for Sunday’s individual event is planned. Then on Saturday, the team competition will be held at 4pm, whereas on Sunday an 3pm the individual event will take place.


One year ago during the historical inauguration at Adam Małysz hill, it was the Norwegian nation who won the team competition. On the second step of the podium stood together Polish and Austrian ski jumpers. The Japanese athlete Junshiro Kobayashi won the individual competition, whereas the second was Kamil Stoch and the third, Stefan Kraft.
